Being privately owned, we focus on consistently providing high quality and value-added work in servicing families and entrepreneurs and creating a dynamic workplace for our colleagues.

Recognising the increased complexity of our work resulting from global regulation, tax transparency and cross-border family and asset circumstances, we deliberately limit the number of client relationships per manager. This enables us to offer a tailor-made approach to each situation, never compromising our offering.

Leading technical expertise

We have identified clear and demanding recruitment standards both in terms of cultural fitness and skills-set in order to select and retain the best talent in our industry. Ongoing professional development and technical training is delivered for all our employees. Front-office team members are also expected to achieve at least one professional qualification. Over 80% of such staff are fully qualified as STEP members, accountants, lawyers, Chartered Secretaries and/or Chartered Tax Advisors.

We have excellent team stability with average staff retention of over 10 years.

Our colleagues regularly speak at industry events and contribute articles to specialist industry publications. We are active members of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies and Jersey Association of Trust Companies, thereby leading change in our industry.

We operate on a single IT platform across all four jurisdictions. Given the importance of data privacy, we have invested heavily in secure cloud technology, disaster recovery and cyber security. This is managed on a 24/7 basis and monitored by ISO27001 certified providers.
