Trust & Fiduciary

We take responsibility for the implementation, administration and management of a wide variety of wealth planning structures including trust, private trust companies, foundations, partnerships, companies, philanthropic entities, employee benefit trusts and escrow arrangements.

Once the structure is established, we take care of the day-to-day administration of the assets held by the structure, managing sales, acquisitions and other related transactions, as well as sitting on the boards of companies in the structure. In addition, we are able to provide a consolidated picture of your assets and their performance.

Private Office

The Accuro Private Office offers discrete, bespoke professional and administrative services specifically for Private Clients. Our Private Office Services support these clients, who wish to either: 

  • outsource their Private Office requirements (saving time and cost); or 
  • build on the capabilities of their own Single Family Office.  

Our services are suited to clients who engage leading financial institutions to provide their wealth management and investment advisory services. Clients seek to avoid the conflict of interest, reliance and cost associated with having those institutions also manage their administrative affairs. Our independence and private wealth expertise enables us to fulfil this key role.

We provide a comprehensive administration service to a portfolio of international corporate clients operating across a wide range of sectors including energy, retail groups, wealth management, financial services, engineering and infrastructure.

Our services have been used by this client base to support their corporate structures in asset acquisitions and disposals, cross-border investment, corporate finance, corporate reorganisations and financial reporting.

In addition, we provide trustee services to a range of employee incentive trusts primarily focused on executive level employees.
