Relationship Manager - Corporate Private Client Team

Accuro is actively seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager for their Corporate Private Client Team in the Office of Accuro Trust (Jersey) Limited.

 The role involves to:

  • To act as the first point of contact with new clients and intermediaries, in the take on and ongoing administration of clients;

  • To provide the support to the director responsible for such clients during times of business travel and leave;

  • To identify opportunities to develop and enhance new and existing relationships, supported by the client services teams building and strengthening relationships with key clients and intermediaries and identifying new ideas in relation to products and services which may be offered by the company;

  • To provide support to members of the team in administering a portfolio of clients maintaining and developing working relationship with third parties and ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Accuro Group and the rules, guidelines and expectations of the local regulator;

  • Responsible for management and support to members of the administration team including the supervision and delegation of day-to-day work as well as determining the training and development needs of members of the team;

  • To understand, buy-in and practice Accuro’s cultures and values.



  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in a private client role, with corporate structuring capabilities;

  • Min 2 years management experience;

  • Qualified in relevant qualifications an advantage but not essential (e.g. ICSA/STEP/ACCA).


Core Skills & Knowledge:

  • Able to build strong and effective relationships with clients;

  • Able to manage and prioritise time effectively and independently;

  • Strong oral and written English communication skills, secondary language would also be of benefit;

  • Solid all round administration skills;

  • Able to identify any material business risks;

  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks;

  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity on both an individual and corporate basis;

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills with both staff and external intermediaries;

  • Methodical, thorough and attentive to detail;

  • MS Office skills.
