Accuro Group response to COVID - 19

23 March 2020

We at Accuro Group have been closely monitoring and evaluating the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic since it began. Our clear priority and focus is and always will be on the health and safety of our clients, our staff and the welfare of our communities.

Given the recent acceleration of the pandemic, we express our support for families affected by the pandemic and its effects. We also reassure you of our business continuity and of our commitment to service normality, despite events.

By way of an update, I am pleased to inform you that our Business Continuity Planning Team, in close collaboration with our Management Committee, formed detailed plans last month to anticipate the impact of COVID-19 on our clients, staff and operations. Their effective early consideration of various scenarios and severities of situation has ensured we can and are continuing a smooth transition to uninterrupted service, whilst following health and safety recommendations.

Our planning included a detailed new policy document guiding our staff and stakeholders on our anticipation of and response to the virus and its crisis scenario. Our policies are formed around two of Accuro Group’s core values: responsibility and accountability. We operate as one business across our international Group. Welfare is our priority, but agility is also our goal.

Our specific measures, already implemented and to continue until further notice, include:

  • Remote working for as many of our staff as possible. So far this is working well and whilst we do not foresee that there will be any delays in response and turnaround times, we ask for your understanding, as we manage this exceptional situation.

  • Our office telephones have been diverted to mobile phones, where required, to ensure uninterrupted communications. Please continue to use your usual Accuro contact numbers to reach our team. If unsure, please refer to our website:

  • Our IT systems and records remain operational, secure and protected by cybersecurity measures. Some additional verification of your identity or reconfirmation of instructions may take place on some specific matters, particularly to maintain vigilance around documentation execution and funds transfers or payments. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard.

  • Our team is not travelling internationally for business and attendance at local meetings may be impacted in person. However, we are making full use of video calling, conference calling and other electronic means of communication to ensure meetings take place virtually.

  • We are briefing our staff regularly in light of the rapidly evolving situation. Our management and staff will be available to answer any specific queries you have.

Our teams are available to support you in any way we can.

If you have any further questions, please contact your usual relationship manager at Accuro Group or in the alternative e-mail Florence Torres ( in our PR Team who will arrange for a colleague to contact you as soon as possible.

We wish you well, stay safe and healthy at this unprecedented time.

Best wishes,

Xavier Isaac
