Client Services Director
Leila has active management responsibility for a range of structures, with an emphasis on family office type relationships. She is supported by a dedicated team of trust managers, assistants, bookkeepers and accountants. Her fields of specialisation include the formation and administration of trusts and companies, as well as the administration of complex tax planning structures, mainly for families resident but not domiciled in the UK. Over the past 16 years, Leila has developed particular expertise in fiduciary vehicles holding art, as well as UK commercial and residential property.
Leila is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (modern Japanese literature), which she completed at the University of Shizuoka, Japan, as a recipient of a Japanese government scholarship (Monbusho), and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, Australia. She was also the Technical Events Officer for the Geneva STEP branch until 2015.
Leila is an Australian national with an international background – Japanese mother and Indian father. She is fluent in English, French and Japanese.
